Personal training is one of the many services we offer, in which one of our fully qualified life changers designs a program specific to your goals and needs! Not only do they design it, they also put you through it, monitor, adjust and change it to suit you better!

Mark "British Bulldog"Patton

I moved to Australia from the UK 5 years ago, coming over with my dream as a PT to one day start my own gym. I’ve been a personal trainer for 20 years and have committed myself to helping thousands of people better themselves and turn their lives around. 

 

I have a very high level of skill in the industry and have worked with many athletes which has broadened my knowledge base. I also have mentored many people to become successful personal trainers and they in turn then help to change other people’s lives.

 

I always think of other people first and believe I am not only a PT but a life coach too!!

 

I have a vision for Fit 4 Life! I want to carry on the success I have already experienced and move forward with my friends, family, clients and future health club members. Being a part of Fit 4 Life is a life changing experience, which can help you both physically and mentally change yourself for a healthier happier you. 

 

I want to teach and show people that you can do it, and encourage them not to give up. I want to give people confidence  and determination to smash through their goals, no matter what obstacles stand in their way. 

Everyone has different goals and I devise personalised plans for individuals to give them the best chance to achieve these goals, whether it be to get fit, loose weight or gain muscle mass.

 

Holly "Big Hol" Clarke

I’m Holly, a single mum of 3 beautiful girls. My Fit 4 Life journey started after I walked into my local gym where Mark Patton greeted me as a personal trainer. The years went by and I completed a nursing qualification and continued with my body building sessions with Mark.

 

I then made the life changing decision to redirect my career path and studied for 18 months, gaining a diploma in personal training and class instructor. I have now been body building for 5 years and working as a  personal trainer for 2.

 

In this time I have met so many amazing people who came to see me for a variety of different reasons. In some of these people I see myself, and remember that day all those years ago, walking into the gym for the first time. Some people come to the gym as they love exercise and for others they come wanting to change but not knowing how.

 

I meet everyone with a smile and we look at their goals together, whether its to lose weight, gain weight or just improve their fitness levels. My biggest achievement is seeing them all smile in the end and seeing the sparkle in their eyes. In that very moment I know being a PT is my calling.

Classes are always a key component to a fun and happy gym environment. Of course there’s the classic come in and lift weights ’til you’re sore approach, but a community working towards a similar goal can make such a difference! We are very fortunate here at Fit 4 Life Health Clubs to have some of the best trainers from around the world! Whether you’re in one of their classes or just want to say hello, they’re always here to help!

Mariana "Marie" Garcia

Hi, my name is Mariana Garcia and I’m 28. I was born in beautiful Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. I have a bachelor’s degree in physical education, which I completed at Salgado de Oliveira University in Brazil.

 

Since graduating, I have worked at some of the best gyms in Brazil, both as a personal trainer and a class instructor. I have taught classes such as jumping, functional supersets, stretching, running and dancing.

 

I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in musculoskeletal injuries and diseases rehabilitation in Brazil and a certificate IV in fitness in Brisbane, where I currently live. I love helping students to succeed and achieve their fitness goals and particularly enjoy teaching classes.

Circuit

Our version of your standard boutique style gyms. A high-intensity circuit class that will help you burn calories, shape those muscles and build all around strength. Focusing on hitting the full body rather than one piece at a time will lead to more muscles worked and more calories burned! 

FitBox
Looking for that classic boxing class that every gym has? We’ll do you one better, Fitbox is a boxing class that really gets you working, focused on the upper body it’s sure to get your heart racing and to help get some of those built up frustrations out. Great for fat burn, stress relief, muscle building and just a great time.

Pump

Pump is a class which utilizes the use of low weight, high repitition exercises to help shape, tone and sculpt your way to your goals! Its also a perfect way to burn off a few extra calories!

SpringFit

Spring in to action on our all new mini-trampolines! It’s the new fitness trend that’s bouncing its way into popularity. A leg building, stabilizer inducing, fat burning way to jump your way to a healthier you. Classes involve hopping to the beat and moving your feet! Bookings are available for 1 of our 10 trampolines but walk-ins are always welcome!

HIITBox

Fit 4 Life’s own Bootcamp! Early morning drills to start your day right! The perfect blend of some fun team building games mixed with some high intensity drills to get you moving! A great way to shed those kilos, tone those muscles and kick start you metabolism for a great day! 

Yoga

Find your inner Zen with this relaxing class, enhancing your spiritual wellbeing. A class focused on flexibility while releasing negative energy build ups in your body. Yoga has been around for many years and the various manoeuvres and poses can help release the stresses of our busy lifestyles!

Spin
Have you seen Fit 4 Life Health Club’s new spin bikes? I’m sure if you haven’t you will soon as we introduce Spin classes to our rotation! High intensity cycling for results. Looking to lose weight? Strengthen and tone your lower body? Increase your fitness? Look no further as you Spin your way towards results!

Shape

Looking for a class dedicated to woring on your body shape! This is one for you, with our energetic Mariana taking you through a series of bodyweight, light weight and band resisted exercises to really get your body composition goals firing! Perfect for a shed or just a great time!

 Lunch Crunch

Are you in the area during lunch? Finding yourself a little low on energy? A quick circuit based class for a quick high intensity interval session to spark you back to life for the rest of your day! A great metabolism booster for your mid day low. Have a bite to eat and smash some weights.

HealthClub

When the lights go out, the classroom turns into the party room. Flashing lights and music to make you move your feet to the beat. HealthClub is all the exercise and fun of the classic disco and more modern clubs of today without the nasty hangover! Enjoy a fruit juice shot with or without pre-workout, grab your glow sticks and have some fun in the dark. Perfect to get a sweat on whilst reliving the best parts of the party, the dancing! Even if you’re not confident in your skills, you’re in a dark enough area to do your own thing and still get the exercise!
